Abstract:
The present invention provides a component temperature control apparatus for a power disconnect circuit, the apparatus having a temperature detection circuit directly configured in a circuit, of which power is disconnected from a control microcomputer, so as to directly measure a component temperature, and using a comparator and an insulating phototransistor so as to deliver a signal to the control microcomputer, thereby implementing a protective operation. The component temperature control apparatus for a power disconnect circuit, according to the present invention, has a temperature detection unit directly configured in the circuit of which power is disconnected from the microcomputer for controlling a temperature protective operation of the circuit component according to the detected temperature of at least one circuit component of which power is disconnected, so as to detect the temperature of the at least one circuit component of which power is disconnected from the microcomputer. In addition, when the temperature detected by the temperature detection unit exceeds a control temperature, through an insulating switch, an insulation signal is transmitted to the microcomputer so that the protective operation can be implemented.
