The present application provides a composite bimetal drill pipe and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a bimetal drill pipe joint, and providing a first corrosion-resistant alloy layer on an inner wall of the drill pipe joint; preparing a bimetal drill pipe body, and providing a second corrosion-resistant alloy layer on an inner wall of the drill pipe body; and friction welding an end portion of a first region of the drill pipe joint to an end portion of a second region of the drill pipe body, overlay-welding a third corrosion-resistant alloy layer on an inner wall of a welding seam region of the drill pipe joint and the drill pipe body after the welding is finished, and fusing the third corrosion-resistant alloy layer with the first corrosion-resistant alloy layer and the second corrosion-resistant alloy layer as one piece. In the preparation method of the present application, a complete corrosion-resistant alloy layer is formed on the entire inner wall of the drill pipe, such that the corrosion resistance inside the pipe body is guaranteed, the comprehensive performance of the drill pipe is improved, and the service life of the drill pipe is prolonged.
