Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a composite capsule comprising: granules or tablets of raloxifene having an improved dissolution rate and prepared by a preparation method comprising a step of preparing a first granular pre-mixture by mixing raloxifene or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof with a pharmaceutically acceptable additive and adding a binding solution containing a solubilizer thereto; and vitamin D granules or tablets comprising vitamin D or a derivative thereof. Additionally, the present invention relates to a composite capsule prepared by the preparation method.
