Disclosed is a composite corrugated pipe assembly which prevents water from leaking therefrom. The disclosed composite corrugated pipe assembly, which prevents water from leaking therefrom, comprises: a corrugated steel pipe (10) which is obtained by forming a steel sheet into a circular pipe shape and has a corrugation comprising convex ridges and concave grooves formed thereon in the thickness direction, the corrugation being spirally formed in the longitudinal direction; an inner pipe (20) which is obtained by forming a soft material into a circular pipe shape and is inserted into the corrugated steel pipe (10); and a filler (30) which is filled between the inner surface of the corrugated steel pipe (10) and the outer surface of the inner pipe (20) to integrate the corrugated steel pipe (10) and the inner pipe (20) with each other, wherein the inner surface of the inner pipe (20) is formed as a smooth surface so as to minimize flow resistance.
