Abstract:
Bent steel plates having various shapes are coupled in engineered lumber formed by stacking a plurality of laminated timber, thereby reducing slip on a concrete interface, ensuring the compositional strength and ductile capability of the lumber and concrete, and enabling the lower part of a concrete slab to act as a fire protection covering material. In addition, the bent steel plate which is simply bent in order to reinforce the insufficient compositional bearing capacity of the engineered lumber is coupled so as to form a new composite member.
