Abstract:
A composite die for improving cold drawing deformation, the composite die comprising a cold drawing outer die body (1), wherein a cold drawing die hole is provided in the cold drawing outer die body (1), and the cold drawing die hole is successively divided into an inlet section (2), a sizing section (3) and an outlet section (4) in the steel pipe drawing direction. The inlet section (2) is formed by means of connecting and combining an arc-shaped guide section (21) and a linear clamping section (22), the linear clamping section (22) and the arc-shaped guide section (21) are arranged tangential to each other, and the diameter of the front end of the inlet section (2) is larger than that of the rear end; the outlet section (4) is of an inverted cone structure; and two ends of the sizing section (3) are respectively connected to the linear clamping section (22) and the outlet section (4). In the composite die, a conical outer die and an arc-shaped outer die are combined into a whole, such that a larger cold drawing deformation is obtained, and passes of cold drawing are reduced, thus the manufacturing cost of steel pipes is reduced.
