Abstract:
Provided is a composite electronic component that can be suitably mounted.
A composite electronic component (1) is provided with a substrate (10), a first electronic component (20), a second electronic component (30), and a supporting member (14). The first electronic component (20) is mounted on one main surface (10a) of the substrate (10). The second electronic component (30) is mounted on the other main surface (10b) of the substrate (10). The supporting member (14) is disposed between the substrate (10) and the second electronic component (30). The first electronic component (20) has outer dimensions smaller than those of the substrate (10) in a planar view. In the planar view, on a region of the one main surface of the substrate (10), said region having no first electronic component (20) mounted thereon, a pad electrode (12) electrically connected to the first electronic component (20) is provided. In the planar view, the supporting member (14) is provided at a position that overlaps the pad electrode (12).
