Abstract:
A composite electronic component including a magnetic member(2) and a dielectric member (1) which are co-sintered at a temperature of 1000°c or below. The magnetic member (2) consists of a ferrite which contains 46 to 48mol% of Fe2O3, 0.1 to 36mol% of ZnO, and 10 to 14mol% of CuO with the balance being NiO, while the dielectric member (1) has a relative permittivity of 1000 or above and consists of a material which is prepared by adding 0.5 to 4.0 parts by weight of CuO and 4.0 to 9.0 parts by weight of Bi2O3 to 100 parts by weight of a barium titanate-type dielectric substance.
