Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composite filter made from a composition comprising 30-70wt% of an aerogel and 30-70wt% of a polyethylene binder and, more particularly, to a composite filter which is made from a composition comprising 5-30wt% of an aerogel, 10-40wt% of a polyethylene binder and 30-60wt% of powdered activated carbon, and which complexly performs the functions of a pre-carbon filter, a membrane filter and a post-carbon filter. The present invention may provide a composite filter that complexly performs the functions of a pre-carbon filter, a membrane filter and a post-carbon filter by integrating a pre-carbon filter, a membrane filter and a post-carbon filter into a single filter. Further, since the present invention includes a single filter inside a water purifier, the handling is simple and the volume of a water purifier can be dramatically reduced. In addition, the present invention can provide a composite filter capable of improving the lifespan of the filter due to having an excellent durability, adsorptivity, flow rate, water purification capability and the like.
