Abstract:
Disclosed is a fireproof board consisting of a composite material and having high machinability, capable of being fit together. The board has a structure sequentially comprising, from bottom to top: a substrate layer, a lower reinforcement web layer, a middle material layer, an upper reinforcement web layer, and a shell material layer. The middle material layer comprises an organic material side frame, and the side frame is filled with an inorganic fireproof material. The side frame is provided with a fastening recess on an edge thereof adjacent to the fireproof material, and is further provided with a through hole. Also disclosed is a manufacturing method of the fireproof board. The present invention adopts an inorganic material as a primary material of the board, thereby providing superior fire resistance and water resistance, the capability to store energy via a phase change, excellent stability, and high strength. The organic material side frame is added to the periphery of the inorganic material, such that the board has superior machinability. The fastening recess and the corresponding through hole are provided on the side frame, such that the fireproof material and the side frame are more securely connected to avoid loosening or cracking of the side frame. The reinforcement web layers and the thin layer of the inorganic material cover the middle material layer from above and below, so as to enhance durability and strength and prevent breakage at a joint, while also providing fire resistance.
