Abstract:
Composite flooring comprising solid wood comprises a 5-layer structure comprising: a surface layer (1), a sub-surface structural layer (2), a core layer (3), a bottom structural layer (4), and a symmetrical deformation prevention bottom layer (5). The surface layer (1) is a veneer or an impregnated paper. The sub-surface structural layer (2) and the bottom structural layer (4) are rotary-cut veneers. The core layer (3) is a rotary-cut wood layer. The symmetrical deformation prevention bottom layer (5) is an impregnated paper or veneer. The flooring has little deformation, low warpage, and is aesthetically pleasing, and low in costs.
