A composite forging and rolling metal tube forming machine, comprising: a feeding device, a composite forging and rolling forming device, and a transmission device connected in sequence. The composite forging and rolling forming device comprises: a forming die, a bearing seat connecting rod (20), a stroke spur gear (23), a rack (24), a die track frame (25), and a forming frame (3). The forming die consists of three sector blocks (21) which are equidistantly arranged at 120 degrees about the central axis of a tube blank. By centering on each sector die block, the bearing seat connecting rod and the stroke spur gear are symmetrically disposed at two sides thereof respectively, and the three are disposed on the same die shaft (22). The forming die is disposed in the die track frame. The die track frame is fixedly connected to the forming frame. The forming machine has few moving components, small inertia and a stable rolling process. Multi-directional forming not only can reduce the pressure of a single die but also can increase the dimensional precision and surface quality of a tube. In addition, the number of frames is small and equipment investment is low.
