Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a composite magnet assembly based on a permanent magnet and an electromagnet, and an assembly design method therefor. For satisfying the conditions of the attraction force of a permanent magnet being greater than a load when power is off, the resultant force of an electromagnet and the permanent magnet being a repulsive force when power is on, safety and energy saving being achieved with respect to the voltage and the current of the electromagnet in the composite state, etc., provided is the design method for the performance and the size of the permanent magnet, and the size, the voltage, and the wire diameter and the number of turns of a winding of the electromagnet. The method comprises: first, according to a power-off use load, determining a performance grade of the permanent magnet, and optimizing parameters such as the diameter and the thickness of the permanent magnet and the outer diameter, the bottom thickness and the wall thickness of an iron cup; and then optimizing the diameter of an inner column of the electromagnet according to a working voltage range, further optimizing the wire diameter of the wire gauge and the number of turns of the winding to meet the safety current requirement, and optimizing a coil space and the size of an electromagnet casing. It can be effectively ensured that the present invention can normally fulfill the task requirements of a closing function or a detaching function, thus improving the effectiveness of the use task requirements, and improving the safety and reliability of use.
