Abstract:
In the present invention, a composite magnetic material comprises a metal magnetic powder and a thermosetting resin, and the metal magnetic powder includes a first metal magnetic powder and a second metal magnetic powder. The first metal magnetic powder includes iron and a first element of greater oxygen affinity than iron. The second metal magnetic powder includes at least iron and also either includes the first element in a lesser amount than the amount of the first element included in the first metal magnetic powder, or does not include the first element. The mean grain size of the first metal magnetic powder is characterized in being greater than the mean grain size of the second metal magnetic powder, and the second metal magnetic powder is characterized in being 10 to 30wt% with respect to the total amount of the metal magnetic powders. This composite magnetic material makes it possible to ensure high magnetic permeability and to enhance the voltage resistance.
