Flat soft magnetic powder is dispersed in organic binder to prepare a composite magnetic material. By employing biodegradable plastic as the organic binder, the composite magnetic material can be dumped without causing pollution. The biodegradable plastic may be of microorganism, synthetic one or natural high-molecular substance.
