Abstract:
An automatic preparation method for a SiCf/SiC composite material burner inner liner, comprising the following steps: preparing an interface layer from SiC fibers by means of chemical vapor deposition to obtain SiC fibres having a continuous interface layer; obtaining the fiber volume and a fiber direction by means of calculation according to simulation, and performing unidirectional tape laying and winding molding on the obtained SiC fibers having a continuous interface layer to obtain a net-size molded preform; densifying the obtained preform by successively subjecting same to a reactive melt impregnation process and a chemical vapor deposition process; then preparing an environment obstacle coating layer on the surface of the obtained preform; and finally, preparing a thermal barrier coating on the surface, so as to obtain a high-density SiCf/SiC composite material burner inner liner with full intelligence. The prepared SiCf/SiC composite material burner inner liner not only has characteristics of high temperature resistance and long service life, but also has advantages such as a low thermal expansion coefficient, a high thermal conductivity, a high thermal shock resistance, and excellent mechanical properties. At the same time, the preparation method has a high degree of automation, a short production cycle, a low cost, and a controllable quality.
