Abstract:
Disclosed are a composite material of electroless nickel-plated silicon carbide particles and copper and aluminium, and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises the steps of: proportioning, smelting, particle addition, insulated stirring and cooling. A pure silicon carbide material is uniformly distributed in an existing alloy material by a certain technical means, so as to further improve the performance of the composite material by means of the performance of the silicon carbide, such as a high hardness, a high wear resistance, a good self-lubrication and a great high-temperature strength.
