Abstract:
Provided are a PC/ABS composite material having high chemical resistance and a preparation method therefor. The composite material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 60-85% of polycarbonate; 15-40% of ABS; 0.5-5% of a compatibilizer; and 3-10% of a rheology modifier. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing raw material components according to a certain ratio at room temperature, and melting and extruding by means of twin screws, so as to prepare a PC/ABS composite material that is easy to process, and has excellent mechanical properties and high chemical resistance. The preparation method therefor is also provided. The prepared composite material has excellent mechanical properties, is easy to process, and maintains high chemical resistance and good product appearance.
