Abstract:
A composite material laminated profile structure and a forming process therefor. The profile structure body has at least one internal profile cavity, and the profile structure is formed by laminating a plurality of layers of composite fiber fabric, wherein a surface lamination layer of the profile structure and an inner lamination layer located in the internal profile cavity are formed by lamination using multiaxial composite fabric, and a middle layer is formed by lamination using unidirectional composite fabric. The application of this solution can effectively solve the problem of reduced mechanical properties of composite pultruded profiles with complex cross-sections caused by multiaxial cloth joining in a vertical pultrusion direction, and obtain good overall mechanical properties through optimization of the lamination structure.
