Abstract:
A composite material is manufactured by a manufacturing method provided with a step for bonding a second material on the surface of a base material (110) configured from a first material, the second material being different from the first material, using an additive manufacturing technique in which the additive manufacturing mode is directional energy deposition. Said manufacturing method is performed by setting a base material (110) member in the processing region of a machine tool for performing removal machining. As a result, it is possible to obtain a composite material manufactured by an additive manufacturing technique, wherein the composite material is in a rapidly machineable condition.
