Abstract:
Provided are a composite material, a substrate and a method for manufacturing the composite material. The composite material includes a glassy material and a resin, and the glassy material includes at least one material selected from a group composed of an alkyl group and an aryl group, and Si and O. The substrate includes the composite material. The method for manufacturing the composite material includes steps (i) and (ii). In the step (i), the glassy material and the resin are mixed under the condition where a solvent exists, and in the step (ii), the mixed material is dried. The glassy material includes at least one material selected from the group composed of the alkyl group and the aryl group, and Si and O.
