Abstract:
The composite material according to one aspect of the present invention comprises a matrix phase of a resin, and a ruthenium oxide which is contained in the matrix phase of the resin and which has a Ca2RuO4 structure. The ruthenium oxide may be represented by general formula (1) Ca2-xRxRu1-yMyO4+z (in general formula (1), R represents at least one element selected from alkali earth metals or rare-earth elements, M represents at least one element selected from Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, and Ga, and 0≤x<0.2, 0≤y<0.3, and -1
