Abstract:

This composite member is provided with a base material and a cover layer. The base material has a first surface that is not exposed to an oxidizing atmosphere, while containing chromium. The cover layer has a first outer surface that covers the first surface and is not exposed to an oxidizing atmosphere. At least one of the base material and the cover layer has an exposure surface that is exposed to an oxidizing atmosphere. The surface roughness of the exposure surface is different from the surface roughness of the first surface or the first outer surface.
