Abstract:
A rod-form titanium material (20) is placed in an approximately linear groove
(13) of a first mold (7). A first guide part (15) of a second mold (8) is then fitted
to the groove (13). Thereafter, the first mold (7) is moved on the second mold (8)
fixed to a fixed table, in the direction indicated by the arrow (A). Thus, the titanium
material (20), which is held almost unmovably in the groove (13) of the first mold
(7), is bent at the first guide part (15) and plastically deformed so as to be forced
into a through-hole (24) of the second mold (8).
