The present invention relates to a composite oil seal having an electrical corrosion prevention function, and a method for manufacturing the seal and a ground path of the composite oil seal having an electrical corrosion prevention function. The present invention comprises: a seal body for sealing the inside of a motor housing while mounted on a shaft inside the motor housing; and a ground path which is mounted in the seal body, and which electrically connects the shaft and the motor housing so that an electrical current induced to the shaft flows out to the housing. The composite oil seal having an electrical corrosion prevention function, of the present invention, performs a basic sealing function while mounted on the shaft and, simultaneously, induces, to the outside, the induced current in the shaft so as to prevent damage to a bearing, prevent electrical coupling of a motor, and extend lifespan. In addition, the attached ground path is made from a low-cost fiber material, and thus can be used semi-permanently, and mechanical machining of the housing is not required for application and installation.
