Abstract:
Disclosed is a composite optical element which includes a resin layer that is rarely discolored and exhibits low shrinkage upon curing during the formation of the resin layer. The composite optical element includes a resin layer produced by polymerizing a resin composition comprising a compound represented by formula (1), a polyfunctional isocyanurate compound and a photopolymerization initiator. (In the formula, R represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; X represents a linear or branched saturated aliphatic group which may contain an ether bond, or a saturated aliphatic group containing an alicyclic structure; Y represents a linear or branched saturated aliphatic group, or a saturated aliphatic group containing an alicyclic structure; Z represents an oxygen atom or NH; and n represents an integer of 1 to 5.)
