Abstract:
The present invention provides a composite oxide causing a phase transition between ferroelectrics and anti-ferroelectrics at a temperature of 25 °C or less, wherein the composite oxide is represented by formula (I) or (II): Pb1-z/2([ZrxSn1-x]1-yTiy)1-zM1zO3 (I); Pb1-z([ZrxSn1-x]1-yTiy)1-zM2zO3 (II) [in the formulae, M1 is Nb or Ta, M2 is W or Mo, x is 0.50-0.65, y is 0.03-0.07, and z is 0.01-0.03.]
