This composite pack to be filled with a liquid matter is provided with: an interior member that is a non-self-supportable liquid matter filling package to be filled with a liquid matter; and an exterior member that is capable of stably holding the interior member. The composite pack is capable of efficiently holding the volume of the liquid matter and of saving display space, etc. The composite pack is provided with: a bag-like interior member obtained by filling a soft packaging bag with the liquid matter; and an exterior member that has a cylindrical body, that is provided with a bottom wall at the lower end of the cylindrical body and with an opening at the upper end of the cylindrical body, and that is for housing the interior member. The interior member has a liquid-matter-pouring sheet-like nozzle that projects from the upper end or from the upper part of a lateral end of the packaging bag. The exterior member has, at the opening, a sealing structure that includes the top surface wall which covers the opening and a plurality of vertical ribs which are erected from the top surface wall.
