Abstract:
A composite particle sampling system is provided. In the sampling system, an inlet of a main exhaust pipe (2) is fixedly connected to an outlet of an exhaust pipe of an engine (1). An outlet of the main exhaust pipe (2) is fixedly connected to a filter (3). An inlet of a branch exhaust pipe (4) is fixedly connected to the main exhaust pipe (2) and between the exhaust pipe of the engine (1) and the filter (3), and is in communication with the main exhaust pipe (2). The system mainly comprises a mode switching module I, a particle grading module II, and an ash sampling module III. In the mode switching module I, a power supply (10) is connected to ports of two circuits via a first control switch (11). One of the two circuits is provided with a time relay (12), and the other is a circuit of a conducting wire (13). The circuit provided with the time relay (12) and the circuit of the conducting wire (13) are separately connected, via a second control switch (14), to a first solenoid valve (16), a second solenoid valve (17), a third solenoid valve (18), and a fourth solenoid valve (19). An operating mode and a working mode are selected via the mode switching module I, such that particles of different grades of diameters and ash thereof can be sampled, and a sampling time can be flexibly controlled.
