Abstract:
Disclosed is a composite pellet for extrusion molding mainly made from a thermoplastic resin and wood powder. Regardless of the variation in particle diameter, etc., a stable number of pellets can be supplied to an extruder, and introduction of the pellets to a screw of the extruder can be smoothly performed. A composite pellet for extrusion molding mainly made from a thermoplastic resin and wood powder is stirred, etc., with 12-hydroxystearic acid metal salt containing a metal of calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), or zinc (Zn), so that 0.03 to 0.4 mass%, preferably, 0.05 to 0.3 mass% of the 12-hydroxystearic acid metal salt is attached to the outer periphery of 100 mass% of the composite pellet. The pellets treated as above are used for extrusion molding by an extrusion molding device.
