Abstract:
A composite pipe, adopted in the industrial field of hydraulic transportation transporting a solid material. The composite pipe comprises: a metal pipe body (1), and ceramic blocks (3) disposed at an inner side of the metal pipe body (1); wherein the ceramic blocks (3) are connected by a cast polyurethane elastomer to each other and the metal pipe body (1), and the ceramic blocks (3) and the polyurethane elastomer are tightly fitted to each other. The composite pipe enhances impact resistance of the ceramic blocks (3), and resolves an issue of peeling and separating ceramic blocks (3), increasing a service life of the pipe considerably.
