Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a composite polyester hot melt adhesive, a preparation method therefor and a preparation method for an erosion-resistant geotextile, which belong to the technical field of polyester hot melt adhesive preparation. The preparation method for the composite polyester hot melt adhesive comprises the following steps: subjecting a diacid and a dihydric alcohol to an esterification reaction under the protection of nitrogen under the action of a titanium/cobalt composite catalyst, then adding a stabilizer for a polycondensation reaction to obtain a polyester hot melt adhesive, then adding polymethyl methacrylate microspheres, and mixing and stirring same so as to obtain a composite polyester hot melt adhesive. The obtained composite polyester hot melt adhesive is bonded to polyethylene terephthalate woven fabric and polypropylene geotextile to obtain the erosion-resistant geotextile. The composite polyester hot melt adhesive of the present invention has high bonding strength and good impact resistance, and the prepared erosion-resistant geotextile has the advantages of high erosion-resistance, good soil retention performance, good protective capability and long service life.
