Abstract:
A composite quartz crucible preparation method and a composite quartz crucible, which relate to the technical field of monocrystalline silicon. The method comprises: providing a first quartz sand layer (10), a second quartz sand layer (20) and a third quartz sand layer (30) having successively decreasing median particle sizes along the inner side of a crucible mold so as to obtain a composite quartz crucible blank (101); and carrying out arc melting on the blank so as to obtain a composite quartz crucible, the composite quartz crucible comprising a bubble layer (60), a first transparent layer (70) and a second transparent layer (80) that have decreasing bubble content from the outer side to the inner side (102). The present disclosure effectively reduces the content of microbubbles on the inner side near the surface layer of the quartz crucible, which reduces the impact of microbubble rupture on a growing monocrystalline silicon during the use of the quartz crucible to prepare the monocrystalline silicon, and improves the quality and crystallization rate of the monocrystalline silicon.
