Abstract:
A composite reinforced winding pipe (1), comprising a hollow pipe wall (2) and a reinforced framework (3), wherein the reinforced framework (3) is arranged in the hollow pipe wall (2); a through hole (22) is provided in an outer wall (21) of the hollow pipe wall (2); a top portion (31) of the reinforced framework (3) is aligned with the outer wall (21), and there is a clearance (4) between the top portion (31) of the reinforced framework (3) and the outer walls (21) at two sides of the reinforced framework; and the hollow pipe wall (2) is made of an HDPE material, the reinforced framework (3) is made of a PVC material, and an outer surface of the hollow pipe wall (2) is hot-coated with an HDPE material layer (5). A method for preparing the composite reinforced winding pipe (1) comprises the following steps: producing the PVC reinforced framework (3) by using an extruder, and subjecting same to twin-screw extrusion, shaping and cooling, and then winding same into a roll for later use; producing an HDPE hollow plate and strip by using the extruder, and subjecting same to single-screw extrusion, shaping and cooling, and then winding same into a disk for later use; and winding and compositely molding the HDPE hollow plate and strip and the PVC reinforced framework (3) on a molding machine, and heat-coating the outer surface with a layer of HDPE material to form the composite reinforced winding pipe (1). The composite reinforced winding pipe has both higher ring stiffness and ring flexibility.
