Abstract:
Disclosed is a composite release film, which is used for separating the current cured layer from a photocuring-molded surface during a photocuring 3D printing method. The composite release film comprises a plastic layer and an elastic layer, wherein the upper surface of the plastic layer is a photocuring-molded surface, and the lower surface of the plastic layer is attached to the upper surface of the elastic layer. The elastic layer can further comprise an elastic layer base and a tough support, wherein pores of the tough support are filled with the elastic layer base, and the tough support of the elastic layer is provided with a plurality of protrusions on the lower surface of the elastic layer. Further disclosed are an apparatus and method for using the composite release film to prepare a three-dimensional object by means of photocuring 3D printing technology in the field of additive manufacturing.
