Abstract:
A composite reverse osmosis membrane, and manufacturing method thereof. The method comprises: mixing a concentration of fluorine-containing polyaryletherketone uniformly with silane-modified polyaryletherketone to form a membrane casting solution, coating the same on a non-woven fabric substrate to form a support layer, then coating a solution A and a solution B sequentially on a surface of the support layer, reacting to form a polyamide desalinizing layer, and coating an anti-fouling modified poly(vinyl alcohol) layer on the polyamide desalinizing layer, thus obtaining the final composite reverse osmosis membrane. The present invention employs composite modified polyaryletherketone as the support layer to obtain a composite reverse osmosis membrane having high-temperature resistance and superior strength. In addition, poly(vinyl alcohol) is employed as an ingredient to provide a superior anti-fouling property.
