A composite rotating shaft mechanism, comprising a surface shell (5), a bottom shell (6), a liquid crystal assembly (1), a limiting rotating shaft (4), a fixing support (3), a reinforcing shaft (2) and screws (12). The limiting rotating shaft (4) is fixed to the liquid crystal assembly (1) and the surface shell (5) by means of one end of the composite rotating shaft mechanism, and the other end thereof is of a composite rotating shaft structure; the reinforcing shaft (2) is compatible with the fixing support (3), so that double-shaft stability and reliability are achieved. Also provided is a method for assembling the composite rotating shaft mechanism. The present composite rotating shaft mechanism is low cost and solves the problem of cost being relatively high due to the use of double rotating shafts in a conventional rotating shaft assembling mode. A user may likewise achieve different display angles by rotating the liquid crystal portion. In addition, the assembling mode is simple, and the complex assembly requirements of conventional rotating shafts may be eliminated.
