Abstract:
Provided is a composite separation structure having a base part, a first separation part disposed in contact with the base part, and a second separation part disposed not in contact with the base part and in contact with the first separation part, wherein the second separation part is amorphous, and has a thickness of 5 to 200 nm inclusive from its end part in contact with the first separation part to the opposite end part. It is possible to provide a composite separation structure and a method for manufacturing the same which allow for separation of various gases having small kinetic diameters, and in particular achieve separation or concentration of a gas mixture including a gas having a kinetic diameter of 4Å or less.
