Abstract:

The present invention is a method for producing a composite sheet (200) wherein a plurality of grain-shaped bodies (3) are positioned in a prescribed pattern between two sheets (1, 2). The production method comprises: a step of forming, between a first roll (4) and a second roll (6), depressions and protrusions upon a first contiguous sheet (1); a positioning step of positioning the plurality of grain-shaped bodies (3) in each depression part (13) of the depressions and protrusions of the first contiguous sheet (1); a step of overlaying a second contiguous sheet (2) upon the first contiguous sheet (1), forming a sandwich structure; and a step of mutually binding the two sheets (1, 2) in protrusion parts (14) of the depressions and protrusions of the first contiguous sheet. The peripheral speed (V2) of the second roll (6) is greater than the peripheral speed (V1) of the first roll (4).
