Abstract:
In a manufacturing method according to one embodiment, a first partially sintered body (2A) formed from a powder comprising a first Ni-based alloy is prepared, and a second partially sintered body (3A) formed from a powder comprising a second Ni-based alloy is prepared. Next, the first partially sintered body (2A) and the second partially sintered body (3A) are brought face to face with a prescribed gap (4) therebetween, and a bonding material (6) comprising a Ni-based alloy having a lower liquidus temperature than the first Ni-based alloy and the second Ni-based alloy is provided in a space (5) into which the gap (4) opens out, adjacent to the first partially sintered body (2A) and the second partially sintered body (3A). After the bonding material (6) is provided, the first partially sintered body (2A) and the second partially sintered body (3A) are heated, thereby melting the bonding material (6) and causing the bonding material to infiltrate the gap (4), after which the first partially sintered body (2A) and the second partially sintered body (3A) respectively form a first sintered body and a second sintered body.
