Abstract:

This composite sintered body comprises: a plurality of diamond particles; a plurality of cubic boron nitride particles; and the remainder being a binder phase, wherein the composite sintered body has a skeleton structure in which at least a portion of the diamond particles are bonded with each other so as to be three-dimensionally continuous, the binder phase has a three-dimensionally continuous structure, and the cubic boron nitride particles are in a state of being dispersed in the binder phase and/or being bonded to diamond particles.
