Abstract:
A composite sliding bearing for damping. A self-lubricating material (3) is provided between an outer ring (1) and an inner ring (2) to form a sliding/cylindrical friction pair, such that the sliding bearing has the characteristics of full life and no maintenance. The sliding bearing is provided with a bushing (4) and an elastomer (5); the bushing (4) and the elastomer (5) are fitted with a side end surface (103) of the outer ring (1) and/or a hole of a bearing seat (7), and can be arranged at one end or two ends of the inner ring (2) in the axial direction; and the elastomer (5) has damping, such that the bearing has a damping effect. Moreover, the bushing (4) and the elastomer (5) have a sealing effect, and a permanent dustproof effect can be achieved by using a dustproof cover (6) in combination. Under the structure of the cylindrical friction pair, the bushing (4) and the elastomer (5) are made into an annular integrated structure (4'), or the bushing (4), the elastomer (5), the inner ring (2) and the self-lubricating material (3) are made into an integrated structure (10), such that a grinding mechanism can be protected while the damping effect is achieved.
