Abstract:
The present invention provides a composite steel-plastic plate and a manufacturing method therefor. The composite steel-plastic plate comprises an inner metal plate, a plastic core layer, and an outer metal plate which are pressed together; the length and width of the inner metal plate are respectively the same as those of the plastic core layer; the length and width of the outer metal plate are respectively greater than those of the inner metal plate and the plastic core layer; the inner metal plate is provided with at least one inner hole; the plastic core layer is provided with a plastic hole corresponding to the inner hole; and the inner hole and the plastic hole are correspondingly arranged vertically. According to the present invention, the inner hole and the plastic hole are respectively formed in the inner metal plate and the plastic core layer, such that the weight of the inner metal plate and the weight of the plastic core layer are reduced, in particular, the material of the plastic core layer is partially removed, such that the strength of the metal material can be guaranteed, the plastic function of the metal material can also be preserved, and application of a plastic processing area of the composite plate is synchronously broadened.
