Abstract:
[Problem] To realize superior perpendicular peel strength while maintaining shear peel strength. [Solution] The composite of a steel sheet and a fiber-reinforced resin according to the present invention comprises: a steel sheet material formed from a steel sheet or from a molded body of the steel sheet; a first resin layer positioned on at least part of the surface of the steel sheet material, the first resin layer including, as a main component, a resin composition of two different types of materials; and a second resin layer positioned on at least part of the surface of the first resin layer, the second resin layer being configured from a fiber-reinforced resin in which strong fibers are included in a matrix resin. The resin composition of the first resin layer contains a phenoxy resin and a polyester elastomer within a range of 20:80 to 80:20 in terms of mass. In an elastic modulus phase image in a plurality of discretionary 10-μm-square regions, said image being obtained by observing the resin composition through AFM such that a probe having a distal-end radius of 10 nm is mounted in an atmosphere at 25°C, the area ratio of a location at which there is formed a phase separation structure originating from the phenoxy resin and the polyester elastomer is 1 area% or less.
