Abstract:
When forming a molded film (coated film) on the curved outer circumferential surface of a substrate using a slurry in a wet process, favorable moldability and shape stability of the coated film on the curved surface are both achieved by conferring pseudoplasticity on the slurry. The molded film is formed so that, when the thickness at the center in a prescribed direction along the outer circumference of the substrate is tcenter and the thickness at a position 2tcenter, which is towards the center from one end of said direction is tedge, tedge / tcenter ≤ 1.2.
