Abstract:
This composite-type electromagnetic wave suppression body is flame retardant, exhibits sufficient flexibility, reflow resistance, and flexibility even after a long-term thermal resistance reliability test at 150℃, and maintains low pass filter characteristics in a large frequency band from low frequency to high frequency. The composite-type electromagnetic wave suppression body is formed by layering a conductive layer, in which a conductive filler is dispersed in a resin composition comprising component (A): an acrylic copolymer having a crosslinking functional group and component (B): a phenol resin, and a magnetic layer, in which soft magnetic metal powder is dispersed in a resin composition comprising component (A): an acrylic copolymer having a crosslinking functional group and component (B): a phenol resin.
