The present invention relates to a composition for ameliorating menopausal symptoms containing Angelica gigas, Cnidium officinale and Cinnamomum cassia as active ingredients. The present invention relates to a composition containing, as an active ingredient, an extract from a mixture of Angelica gigas, Cnidium officinale and Cinnamomum cassia which are mixed at a weight ratio of 1.5 to 2.5:1:1, and is capable of ameliorating menopausal symptoms by being administered at a dose of 50 to 200 mg/kg/day (on the basis of oral administration to a 5-week-old mouse).
