The present invention relates to a composition for a cable sheath, a cable comprising a cable sheath prepared therefrom, and a method for manufacturing same, wherein the composition exhibits physical properties that can satisfy international standards required for use as the cable sheath in floating photovoltaic power generation and includes water resistance fundamentally required for the cable, so that flexibility for efficient installation work can also be fulfilled.
