Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for cell lysis which improves lateral fluidity and is to be applied to a structure including a lab-on-paper chip. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composition for cell lysis suitable for application to an integrated system having lateral fluidity, wherein the integrated system can simultaneously purify and detect nucleic acids immediately without purifying nucleic acids from a sample.
