Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a composition by which a chocolate drink can be easily prepared. Also, the present invention addresses the problem of improving the dispersibility of the chocolate drink thus prepared. The present invention has been completed on the basis of the findings that a chocolate drink can be easily obtained by dissolving a composition, said composition containing a specific emulsifier and having been solidified using a thermoplastic gelling agent in a state where chocolate is dispersed, in hot water or milk and that, in the chocolate drink thus obtained, the sedimentation of cocoa omponents is regulated.
